U2 Vertigo World Tour
Under the direction of show director Willie Williams, we produced an interactive camera-based system to surreptitiously gather video loops of the audience during the show, then render a ‘video mosaic’ processing live footage of Bono during the song ‘One’. Our new visual playback system, D3, was used to visualise and control playback onto the unusual elliptical and hanging ‘curtain’ LED screens. Alongside artists such as Ed Holdsworth, Run Wrake and Catherine Owens, we also created video content for the show.
